General information about the regulations of Aurora Salentina and useful information for booking one of our holiday homes in Salento and B&B.
Info & General rules
Possibility to rent cars, scooters and bicycles in the vicinity through external companies;
Possibility of renting boats and water scooters through external companies;
Possibility of making boat trips to admire the beautiful caves of the Ionian and Adriatic coast, through external companies;
Taxi Lecce – Brindisi – Bari or Bus service in the area, through external companies;
At the beginning of the stay, guests will not be able to occupy the apartment before 5 p. m. However, we are committed to make the apartment or room of the B&B available at the time the cleaning work is completed, even before 17:00;
At the end of the stay, guests must leave the apartment or B&B free no later than 10.00 a. m;
The accommodation will be delivered clean and tidy; at the end of the stay must be returned in the state in which they were entrusted to you, taking care, in particular, to wash the used dishes, emptying pantries, garbage, fridge and reposition the furniture or objects moved during the stay.
The Driver may not allow people or animals to stay in different numbers or in higher numbers than those indicated on the booking form, under penalty of cancellation of the contract and consequent loss of the sums already paid.
In case of possible additions regarding the number of occupants, before or during the rental period, the tenant must contact and agree on the changes with Aurora Salentina.
The tenant, a few days before arrival, must inform Aurora Salentina of the arrival time (for reception purposes) to facilitate operations related to the management of the rental.
All accommodations are furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (dishes, pots and pans, fridge) and everything you need first to live in a house.
All holiday homes included are luxurious and therefore equipped with all the comforts and accessories that are not normally found in holiday homes for rent. However, each specific budget is indicated in the description of each individual accommodation;
Bed linen and towels are supplied (unless otherwise indicated on the accommodation card).
Any specific needs you may have must be clearly specified at the time of booking or prior to arrival.
The prices of our holiday homes are per accommodation and per week (or otherwise specified on the booking form) and include (unless otherwise indicated) all water, electricity, gas, final cleaning etc. consumption.
They are not included in the price, camp beds or extra beds for all the apartments over the beds provided on the booking form;
The possible baby bed or extra bed (if available) must be requested strictly at the time of booking, and usually involve an increase in the rental price. The apartments have no umbrellas and deckchairs.
The only way of booking is through our website, filling in the format provided on each page describing each property.
Once you have sent us the booking request, we will check the real availability regarding the requested period and only then you will receive the Booking Confirmation, which establishes the stipulation of the rental contract between the tenant and the landlord, attached to the same, and the acceptance of the general conditions indicated on this page, by the tenant. This contract will be valid at 100 % from the date of receipt of the deposit sent by the holder;
The booking made is valid only after the customer has sent a confirmation deposit indicated at the time of booking confirmation.
The deposit must be paid within 2 days after the date of booking, otherwise it will be cancelled.
Unless otherwise agreed, the receipt for payment must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by Whatsapp to the number 476763363.
The balance will be settled at the beginning of the stay upon delivery of the keys, after having read the booked accommodation. The accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, it must be made before arrival and the receipt of payment must be shown when the keys are handed over.
Disposals and termination
Guests who are unable to make use of the booking made can transfer it to another person informing us at least 15 days prior to the date of expected arrival.
The assignor and the assignee shall in any case be jointly and severally liable for the payment of the balance of the price, and any additional costs.
In case of early termination of the contract stipulated at the time of booking and valid from the sending of the deposit, the tenant will be required to pay the following amounts as a penalty:
withdrawal notified up to 30 days before the date of arrival: only the deposit already paid will be retained
notice of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: half of the agreed fee.
withdrawal notified from 15 days prior to the date of arrival: full fee agreed.
Notification of early withdrawal is made exclusively in writing, under penalty of ineffectiveness, by sending an e-mail to the addresses of Aurora Salentina published on www.aurorasalentina.it.
